Payment Processing and Security

At the Cablemegastore.com payments can be made with Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. At the Cablemegastore.com we take every precaution to protect our customer’s personal information and to store it securely. We protect your credit card information and other personal information by using 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (the industry standard security protocol), hosting our site on secure servers, and maintaining Secure Site status from Equifax. To process your credit card information we use Authorize.net. We require only the personal information that is needed for safely processing your online order and for contacting you about your transactions, if necessary. It is used exclusively for that purpose. Your information is safely stored behind a firewall that protects it from users from other networks. Customers should know that Cablemegastore.com will not pass your information to any other parties nor will we send unwanted sales emails or faxes. E-mail is the primary for communicating with Cablemegastore.com. Your e-mail address is where your invoices, conformations, and any other order information will be sent.

 

Purchase orders

Cablemegastore.com accepts purchase orders from public schools and universities, as well as hospitals and all government agencies. We also accept purchase orders from companies who have been accepted for a Corporate Account. You can send your order via fax: (1-866-231-9058) or email: (sales@cablemegastore.com) to our Sales Department. Please do not call your order in; faxing reduces the risk of duplication. At this time, there is no way to place an order using a PO for payment on our website. For same-day processing, please fax your purchase orders to us before 3:30 PM EST Pricing is available on our website. Simply type the part number into the search field. Availability can be found by calling our sales department, or sending an e-mail inquiry. When items are in stock, we ship the same day that you order. Please include an e-mail address on each purchase order, so that the automatic confirmation e-mails can be sent when we enter the order.

 

Shipping Methods and Policies

Most of the orders that are received by 4:00 pm EST (UPS Ground and USPS) and orders received by 5.30 pm EST (UPS 3days, UPS 2ndDay Air and UPS Next day Air service) will be shipped the same day unless notified. Any orders received after, will be shipped the following business day. Since we ship via UPS we are subject to their shipping schedules.  You can check with us or UPS directly during holidays to see which days UPS is shipping packages. If you have a UPS or FedEx account number that you would prefer to use, $3.95 processing fee will apply. Tracking Orders Trucking information will be send thru UPS system to customers email. Tracking a package requires UPS/FedEx to scan the package and upload it into their system before any information is available. This information may not be available until the next business day. USPS provides us only with delivery conformation and we are not able to truck those packages. In order to receive trucking information valid email address is necessary.

To Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico customers, phone orders only (free shipping will not apply for these destinations).

Warranty Information

Cablemegastore.com now offers lifetime warranties on all of our cables and connectors. If a cable or connector stops working, simply give us a call 954-436-6301. If our technical support team isn't able to find a solution for you, we'll be happy to exchange the item for a new one, even if multiple years have passed (originally ordered ID# or invoice# required). Our other products, including switchboxes, hubs, tools and etc., are accepted as returns to Cablemegastore.com for the first thirty days after purchase, and often carry manufacturer's warranties as well. If a shortage or wrong item should occur you must report any problems within 3 business days of receiving the order, otherwise these orders will be deemed as complete. Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

If you receive an order and are dissatisfied with its contents, you may request a return authorization by e-mail (sales@cablemegastore.com). When we receive your request, we will respond with the RMA#. Cablemegastore.com has a return policy of 30 days. You must request your RMA within 30 days of the shipping date. Once an RMA number has been issued, we ask that you ship the item back to us within seven days. This (RMA) number must appear on the outside of each package being returned.  The (RMA) number is for internal use so we can receive and process each return for credit properly. Returns received without an (RMA) number will be refused or received without credit issued. We do not accept any returned goods without an RMA number. Refusal of shipment when a package is delivered does not constitute a request for an RMA, and refused shipments cannot be refunded fully. Once the returned items have been received, customers can expect a credit onto their card within two weeks. A detailed confirmation of this credit can be found on: http://www.cablemegastore.com/orderstatus.htm for our customers who use purchase orders, a revised invoice or credit memo can be expected within two weeks. Cablemegastore.com charges a 20% restocking fee on almost all returns. Exceptions to this include defective merchandise (return merchandise is tested upon receipt) and internal errors in shipping. We cannot normally credit original shipping costs, and just as a retail store cannot credit you for gas costs while driving back to their store, Cablemegastore.com can not credit return shipping under any circumstances

 

Order Cancellations

Order cancellation before shipping is subject to 3.2% cancellation fee. Custom cables orders may not be cancelled at any time.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Cablesmegastore.com Inc , ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "Cablemegastore.com Inc") BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, USE OR PROFITS), HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT Cablemegastore.com Inc HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT Cablemegastore.com Inc MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING FROM ANY PRODUCT SOLD BY Cablemegastore.com Inc. SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PRICE OF SUCH PRODUCT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION'S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT
