The bottom line here guys is... it doesn't matter if the cable was bad when it shipped or if I damaged it during installation because I received excellent service from Cables4Sure and that means more to me than the original price of the cable. Also buying two cables from you is still comparably priced with your competitors and I appreciate that too!

Great Service, package arrived today and network is up and running.Hi lee, i want to personally send you a note of thanks for the extra effort you put forth to correct a mistake made by UPS. i was able to watch the second game of the semi-finals on my new 42 inch plasma tv. after spending a whole bunch of money and not being able to watch the new set i was needless to say a bit dissapointed. but because of your effort i not only got the picture i wanted, i also felt a deep respect for my fellow man who took the time to correct a mistake made by others out of the goodness of his own heart. again thanks sincerely,
